This wool is 100% Perendale Lamb's Wool from Hollow Hill Farm in the North Island of New Zealand.

It is 31 Micron - which is ideal for outer garments, cushions, blankets and afghans which need to be harder wearing.

The woollen spinning provides a yarn with a lot of loft to trap air for extra warmth.

The wool has been eco-friendly shrink resist treated - so you can be sure your special project is not going to decrease in size.

Perendale sheep were developed right here in New Zealand by Dr Peren of Massey University – they originate from a cross of Romney and Cheviot sheep. Their wool is particularly bulky and bouncy which means that garments will bounce back into shape easily and consistently.
